About us

We are iCarsoft Europe, the online shop for iCarsoft diagnostic tools across Europe. We sell the whole range: handheld code readers, multi-brand tablets, single-brand tools, motorcycle and truck diagnostics and TPMS programming tools. Everything ships from our own warehouse.

Who is behind it

iCarsoft Europe is a trading name of El Rey de las Moquetas S.L. (company tax ID B88015433), registered at Calle Treviana, 1, Madrid, Spain. It is the same company that runs Rey Alfombrillas, the group's car mat shop, with more than 13,000 customer reviews. That is where the reviews you see on this site come from while we gather our own.

What we sell and what we don't

We only sell original iCarsoft tools, brand new and with their serial number, which is what lets you activate them and download the manufacturer's updates. We don't sell replicas, refurbished units or modified software.

  • V1.0 and V2.0 single-brand tools for VAG, BMW, Mercedes, PSA, Renault, Opel, Ford, Volvo, Land Rover, Porsche and Japanese, Korean and American cars.
  • The MT PRO for motorcycles, the HD V4.0 for trucks and the TPMS V800 programming tool.

Why we write guides

Most of the questions we receive come up again and again: where the OBD2 port is, how to do an oil service reset, what the difference is between a V1.0 and a V2.0, whether a tool can regenerate the DPF on a particular car. We answer them in our diagnostic guides, written from the manufacturer's specifications and from what we see every day with customers. When a function depends on the model or year, we say so.
