It is a very common set-up: a C-Class or an A-Class at home and a Sprinter or a Vito for the business. The MB V2.0 covers both. On CDIs it forces a DPF regeneration and codes injectors, on models with an electronic parking brake it opens the calipers for a pad change, and it registers a new battery.

With the cable in the box you can connect to any Mercedes with a 16-pin OBD2 socket. There are two exceptions worth knowing before you order: Mercedes built before 2003, which have a round 38-pin socket, and the first Sprinter, the T1N, with a 14-pin socket. They need the iCarsoft adapters, sold separately.
The MB tools cover the Sprinter and the brand's vans. If your fleet also has 24 V Mercedes trucks, the HD V4.0 is the tool for them.
The MB tools are not bi-directional. If you want to activate a component to test it, the CR Pro+ does that on Mercedes and 57 other makes.
Yes, with the iCarsoft 38-pin adapter, bought separately. Mercedes models built before 2003 use that socket.
Yes, both MB tools do the service reset.
