iCarsoft Europe is the trading name under which El Rey de las Moquetas S.L. sells iCarsoft diagnostic tools on this website. iCarsoft is a registered trademark of its manufacturer, which is not the owner of this website.

1. Purpose and acceptance

This legal notice governs access to and use of the website. Browsing it makes you a user and implies acceptance of this notice in the version published at any given time. Purchases are also governed by the Terms of sale.

2. Use of the website

Users undertake to use the site lawfully and diligently. In particular, it is forbidden to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or restricted areas, or introduce viruses or any program that could cause damage.
  • Use robots, scraping or other automated systems to extract text, images or data from the site, or use its content to train artificial intelligence models, without the Owner's written authorisation, unless permitted by law.
  • Use the site for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to good faith.

The Owner may restrict access to anyone who breaches these conditions. The site is intended for adults with legal capacity to enter into contracts.

3. Product information

  • Compatibility: the makes, models and functions covered by each tool depend on the vehicle, its year, its market of origin and the software version. The information on the product pages comes from the manufacturer and from our experience, and is for guidance only. If you have doubts about a particular vehicle, ask us before you buy.
  • Images: photographs are the manufacturer's or our own, and may differ slightly from the product delivered (for example in the accessories included or the screen design after an update).
  • Use of functions: coding, programming, adaptation and service reset functions change the vehicle's configuration and must be used following the instructions of the tool manufacturer and the vehicle manufacturer. The Owner is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use or by work carried out without the necessary knowledge.
  • Technical availability: the Owner does not guarantee that the site will run without interruptions or errors, although it takes reasonable security measures, and may suspend it temporarily for maintenance.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The text, designs and other original content of the site belong to the Owner. iCarsoft photographs, logos and trademarks belong to their manufacturer and are used with its authorisation. Their reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication without written authorisation is prohibited, except where permitted by law.

Vehicle manufacturers' trademarks that appear on the site belong to their owners and are mentioned for descriptive purposes only, to indicate compatibility. The Owner has no connection with those manufacturers.

The site may include links to third-party pages (for example the manufacturer's website or social networks). The Owner does not control and is not responsible for their content or policies.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes with consumers will be resolved before the courts that have jurisdiction under consumer protection law, which as a general rule are those of the consumer's place of residence. If any clause is declared void, the rest remain in force.
