The iCarsoft HD V4.0 is the tool for trucks, buses and vans: it works at 24 V and 12 V, speaks the J1939 and J1708 heavy-duty protocols and comes with 37 makes installed.
You can't diagnose a truck like a big car. It runs on 24 V, uses the SAE J1939 and J1708 protocols and, depending on the manufacturer, has a 16-pin socket or round 6-pin or 9-pin sockets. The everyday jobs are different too: DPF regeneration, AdBlue and SCR, the speed limiter or cylinder cut-out.
The HD V4.0 is built for exactly that. It replaces the HD V3.0, comes with OBD-6, OBD-9 and CAT-9 adapters in the box and also works on 12 V light vehicles, so a fleet with vans doesn't need a second tool for them.
It comes with 37 truck and engine makes installed, and there are 34 further packages you can buy separately if you need them. Before ordering, send us your fleet list with make and year and we'll tell you what is covered as standard. It updates over Wi-Fi, free for life.
