Withdraw from your contract here

If you are a consumer and 14 calendar days or fewer have passed since you received your order, you can withdraw from the contract here without giving any reason. Fill in your details and click "Confirm withdrawal". We will email you an acknowledgement of receipt without delay, with the content of your request, the date and time we received it and the address to return the product to.

Before returning a tool, please read the Returns policy: if the tool has been registered, activated or used beyond checking it, the loss in value will be deducted from the refund.
