TYT V1.0 description
The iCarsoft TYT V1.0 is iCarsoft's diagnostic tool for Toyota and Lexus. It reads every reachable system on models from 1996 to 2025, does the oil reset and steering angle reset, and updates free for life. It costs €134.95.
What the TYT V1.0 is for
It reads and clears faults on the engine, transmission, ABS, airbag and other modules. It shows live data and freeze frame, and runs the OBD2 tests for O2 sensors, EVAP and monitors. It clears the service reminder after an oil change and recalibrates the steering angle after an alignment or a parts change. It stores your history and produces reports to share or print.

What about other Japanese makes?
On the iCarsoft website the TYT V1.0 is also listed with Honda, Acura, Nissan, Infiniti, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Suzuki, Isuzu, Hyundai, Kia and Daewoo. We sell it for Toyota and Lexus, which is where it gets used. If you want it for one of those other makes, tell us the model before you buy, or go straight to the JP V2.0.
Its limits, before you buy
It doesn't open the electronic parking brake, regenerate the DPF on D-4D engines or register batteries. It isn't bi-directional. 2.8" screen with buttons, AutoVIN, CAN-FD and six languages, English included.
TYT V1.0 or JP V2.0
The JP V2.0 covers 16 Japanese and Korean makes with a 4" screen and nine service functions. It's the one we recommend for a diesel Toyota or if you run several Asian cars. For reading faults and resetting the service light on your Toyota, the TYT V1.0 does the job for €60 less.
